This website is run by Zmediage, a digital marketing agency at Shop No 218, 2nd Floor, Milestone25, 15-5-223/56, Balmatta Road, Collectors Gate, Balmatta, Mangalore, Karnataka 575001. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Zmediage. We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us the “Data Fiduciary” under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, the Growth Audit or a popup form, we collect what you type in:

• Your name, and your email address and/or phone number
• Optional details such as your company name, website or Instagram, business stage, budget, timeline and message
• The services you're interested in and your Growth Audit answers

Information collected automatically. To understand how people find us, we also record:

• The page you came from, the page you first landed on, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters)
• Whether you're on a mobile or desktop device
• Your IP address, used briefly to block spam and limit repeated form submissions. We don't store it with your enquiry.

We don't ask for, and you shouldn't share, sensitive information such as financial account details or health information through our forms.

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and talk to you about your business
• Prepare recommendations, such as your Growth Audit result
• Send you a confirmation of your enquiry
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, so we can improve the website
• Keep the website secure and free of spam

We will not sell your personal information. We won't add you to a marketing newsletter unless you clearly ask us to.

By submitting a form on this website, you agree to us using the information you share for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@zmediage.com. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did with your information before you withdrew it.

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Vercel: hosts this website
• Resend: delivers enquiry emails to our team and confirmation emails to you
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that form submissions come from real people
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: measure how visitors use the site and how our ads perform, when these are switched on
• Cal.com: lets you book a call with us, if you choose to

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We use your browser's storage to remember a few small things, such as how you first arrived on the site and whether you've already seen or closed a popup, so we don't show it again.

If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are active, they set their own cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to talk to you and, if you become a client, to work with you. If we don't work together, we delete enquiry details when they're no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a breach affects your data, we'll inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• Correct or update information that's wrong or incomplete
• Delete your information
• Withdraw your consent
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
